The Following are considered violations of
EliteShells AUP (acceptable use policy)
1. Participation in DDoS Attack or any kind of
Nuking from our system is not allowed.
2. There are no war bots,xdcc bots, takeover bots,
or abusive eggdrop bots run on EliteShells.
3. Use of Dronebots, or bots for exploitation,
will result in account termination.
4. store mp3's,movies,pornography, are not allowed
on EliteShells.
5. Two connection limit set to psybnc ( 1 Admin
and 1 User ).
6. Service price modifications might occur at any
point of time.
7. We reserve the right to terminate services at
any time, without any refund.
8. Abuse of our network will most likely result
in immediate termination of your account.
9. Our Service is not for trading.
10. Customers are not allowed to park their eggdrop
or psyBNC in a Channel Filler or Chased Channel
11. Sharing of the Account Holder's password is
strictly forbidden.
12. All Payments To EliteShells Are Non-Refundable.
13. Use our service for chasing (nickname/channel)
is not allowed
14. EliteShells reserves the right to add, delete, or
modify any provision of its Terms of Use at any
time without notice.
